Experience
One of our clients is a US UKG partner company (on all UKG PRO, UTA, Kronos WFD, WFR and WFC) provides IVR time punching and posting this information to Kronos. The time punch IVR is extensive with options for employee to enter his pin, cost center transfers as well as job transfers. All these details work both online as well as offline. We develop and maintain the applications for all their clients.
Another client provides temporary hospital staffing to US hospitals. This client has customers on all 3 Kronos Work Force implements – WFC, WFR and WFD. We have integrated their system with the Kronos system so that the timekeeping and scheduling automatically syncs.
We recently worked on an application for a company that provides DEI compliance and reporting. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is increasingly being adopted by most US states and its compliance will have increasing importance in the future. Our application fetched all employee demographic and payroll information from HCM systems. This data is computed to provide metrics for compliance data and reporting.
